THE HIBERNATION RITUAL As the seasons shift and the days grow cooler, The Hibernation Ritual is an invitation to retreat from the outside world, slow everything down and sink into 90 minutes of warmth and complete relaxation. Your ritual begins cocooned on a heated treatment bed, with a slow, deeply relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage to ease away tension and help the body begin to soften. You’ll then turn over and settle beneath warm blankets for a luxurious organic facial, created to deeply hydrate, nourish and replenish skin as the colder months arrive. Slow facial massage encourages further relaxation before a rich, hydrating mask is applied. While your skin is cocooned, you’ll drift even deeper with a soothing scalp massage — allowing there to be nowhere else to be and nothing else to do.
