About the event

You're tired. Really tired. But when you finally get to bed, sleep won't come, or it doesn't stay. You wake at 3am with your mind racing, your heart pounding, or drenched in sweat, and then spend the next day running on empty, wondering how you used to cope so well.

This is not a personal failing. This is hormonal change, and it has a very real impact on your stress levels, your sleep, and your sense of being able to manage life.

In this warm, honest session we'll explore:

• The cortisol and hormone connection, and why stress can feel so much harder to handle right now

• Sleep disruption, night sweats and that notorious 3am waking, and why it happens

• Anxiety and the racing mind, including why it can seem to come from nowhere
